Miami Southridge Senior High has recently been distinguished as an “A” High School on the Florida School Grading System. Miami Southridge fosters the growth of scholastic and behavioral aspects essential to the fulfillment of the intellectual, physical, emotional, aesthetic, and social development of each member of the school community. Miami Southridge’s student population mirrors the community.
Miami Southridge Senior High offers students a variety of opportunities to gather post-secondary experiences related to college and/or career paths. In addition to the NEW AP|Cambridge Capstone Program, Miami Southridge Senior High has implemented the Scholars Academy, which in collaboration and partnership with Florida International University, offers students the opportunity to earn both high school and college credit. Miami Southridge Senior High also offers Career and Technical Education programs which provides students with specific skills associated to business, law and public service, and health science.
